Shipping Policy
Our goal is always to get your print to you as fast as possible without compromising the quality of the print. We offer free shipping on orders that are $49 or above. 95% of our orders ship through USPS and will typically arrive within 4-5 business days of placing your order, although sometimes can take 2-3 more days. Occasionally, we use UPS ground shipping which arrives within 7 business days. On orders under $49, we offer affordable flat-rate options starting at $4 depending on the weight of the package, not where you are. Our Free Shipping rate (on orders over $49) includes free shipping one way. If there is an error at the destination, the package is returned to sender, or you would like it sent to a different address, we may charge to ship the order after the first shipment.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
International Shipping
At the moment, we are not able to ship Internationally. But stay tuned, we'll be offering International Shipping as soon as we can!
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking data to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sam@palomarindecor.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
