Return Policy
Here's the bottom line. If you're not happy with your print, we're not happy. Please, please reach out if there are any issues with your order, print, or our customer service and we will make it right.
We ask that you please reach out to us within 90 days after receiving your item to request a refund. We make it easy! Just send us an email, tell us what's wrong, and we'll process the return.

A restocking fee of $5.00 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. No restocking fee will be applied to returns on damaged or incorrectly shipped items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we are not yet able to accept returns on gift cards.
